With this Customized Fitness Plan, I will design it for you based on your fitness needs and specific fitness goals.
These goals can be fitness goals, exercise goals, weight loss goals, fat loss goals, or even muscle gaining goals.
We will sit down together and I will write everything up for you. This will take 90 minutes. You will receive a Customized Fitness Plan that you will need to follow it to achieve your goals. As you like we can sit down together again in 8 to 12 weeks to see how things are going for you and modify your program if necessary.
I do want you to understand that you must be a self starter because this is not like my Fat Loss Coaching Program where I am monitoring your program. Once I design this customized fitness program for you, then you will have to motivate yourself to follow it and stict to it daily and weekly.
